Leadership Team

Keith Moore, Senior Partner

Husband to Patty for 46 years, father to 4 and grandfather to 15.  After 30 years as a small-business entrepreneur, Keith felt called to put his business knowledge and experience to work for nonprofits and churches. 5 years ago that call shifted from consulting to developing and managing comprehensive, cloud-based back-office solutions so that pastors & non-profit leaders could focus on their call to take the gospel in word & deed to their communities.

Kara Callaghan, Partner

When she’s not at a Nationals baseball game, traveling to international destinations, or learning to sail, Kara loves sharing a meal and laughter with family and friends. Before joining the Auxilio team, Kara was the Chief of Staff for Grace Downtown in Washington, DC and Director of Operations for Radstock Ministries. She has 18+ years of experience managing non-profits. Kara brings a broad range of experience and a heart to serve new churches and those wanting to grow their mission.

Tim Chambers, CTO

Tim has been designing, building, testing, and integrating software and technology for 25 years. He likes to make sure that technology serves the mission of the organization—and the people who are carrying out that mission—instead of the other way around. His experience, combined with his background in photography and design, has allowed him to work on projects all over the world, with new and established churches, non-profits, NGOs, startups, and major corporations. But his favorite work these days is helping his wife raise their two young daughters in Washington, DC.

Jim tanious, COO

Jim has over 30 years of experience in the public and non-profit sectors.  Prior to joining the Auxilio team as our COO, he spent over 18 years doing operations for DC Public Schools, followed by 12 years as the COO of a thriving multi-site church in the DC Metro area. Jim has served and is serving on the boards of churches and other non-profits. Jim loves all things Maryland, having grown up there, including Maryland beaches, crabs, and teams (go Terps, Ravens, and Orioles!).  Jim lives in the Northern Virginia area with his wife and daughter.
