Kara Callaghan

Senior Partner

Kara is passionate about helping churches grow their mission. Before co-founding Auxilio, she served as Chief of Staff at Grace Downtown (Washington, DC) and Director of Operations for Radstock Ministries, where she played a pivotal role in organizational growth and strategic development. She has 25 years of non-profit leadership experience. Kara is always up for an international adventure, live music, exploring her home city of DC and time with family and friends.

Tim Chambers

Chief Technology Officer

Tim has been designing, building, testing, and integrating software and technology for 30 years. He likes to make sure that technology serves the mission of the organization—and the people who are carrying out that mission—instead of the other way around. His experience, combined with his background in photography and design, has allowed him to work on projects all over the world, with new and established churches, nonprofits, NGOs, startups, and major corporations. But his favorite work these days is helping his wife raise their two young daughters in Washington, DC.

Jim Tanious

Chief Operating Officer

Jim has over 30 years of experience in the public and non-profit sectors. Before joining the Auxilio team as our COO, he spent over 18 years doing operations for DC Public Schools and 12 years as the COO of a thriving multi-site church in the DC Metro area. Jim has served and is serving on the boards of churches and other non-profits. Jim loves all things Maryland, having grown up there, including Maryland beaches, crabs, and teams (go Terps, Ravens, and Orioles!). Jim lives in the Northern Virginia area with his wife and daughter.

Keith Moore

Senior Partner Emeritus

Husband to Patty for 49 years, father to 4 and grandfather to 15. After 30 years as a small-business entrepreneur, Keith felt called to put his business knowledge and experience to work for nonprofits and churches. 10 years ago that call shifted from consulting to developing and managing comprehensive, cloud-based back-office solutions so that pastors & non-profit leaders could focus on their call to take the gospel in word & deed to their communities.

Bob Sawyer

Director of Church Partnerships

Before joining the Auxilio team, Bob served as Director of the Christ the King Boston Church Planting Center for over 10 years, planning and facilitating a movement of multisite church planting throughout greater Boston. This work involved implementing church planting strategy, developing and strengthening business operations, raising funds, and coming alongside church planters. Bob also brings over 10 years of campus ministry experience in New England, both on campus and as a regional director for operations. He has served as an elder in his church for over 20 years and lives in the Boston area with his wife and three teenagers.
