Strengthening The Team
Auxilio Partners held its inaugural in-person staff gathering in Washington, D.C., April 25-26 — and it was a blast! Since our team is entirely remote, this was the first time that our staff experienced each other in person. All but five of our 43 team members from across the U.S. attended. It was a wonderful time of getting to know one another and team building.
When asked the most meaningful part of the gathering, one team member shared, “Getting the opportunity to have fun with my team! In a remote setting, you hardly ever get to spend time with your coworkers just to have fun and get to know each other on a personal level. Thankfully, we got to have a lot of bonding time!”
Another team member shared that while they had previously attended a number of staff gatherings with their spouse’s company, ours was “the best and most personal” that they had experienced.
We spent ample time getting to know one another, socializing, visiting some local client partners, and exploring our individual and team strengths using CliftonStrengths. As you might have guessed, our team is highly executing and highly relational. And now we have the data to prove it!
Our leadership team shared plans and projections based on opportunities the Lord continues to put in front of us. We also provided some sneak peeks on a few projects that will enhance our offerings and support to our client partners.
For me, the gathering was an amazing and tangible reminder of all that God has done in the five years that Auxilio has existed. To see how God has grown us from an idea to a company of 43 people serving 138 ministries is truly humbling and awe-some.
And as you can see from the pictures, we like each other. A lot. And we love getting to support the mission of our clients. Thank you for your prayers for this special and inaugural event for Auxilio. We continue to pray for the flourishing of our team members and for our client partners.
All of us are praising God for His goodness to us and to you.
