Resurrection Hope

This Holy Week, Auxilio prays that you and your church family experience the love of a Savior who gave everything to bring us into the presence of our Holy Father. As our hearts are breaking over the injustice, hatred, and violence we’ve witnessed and/or experienced toward Black and Asian American Christ image-bearers, we grieve. We lament. We repent. And we cling to resurrection hope. 

This Easter we celebrate with even greater fervor Jesus’ victory over sin and death. May it bring us deep and abiding peace. We pray it fuels our love and service to the most vulnerable, especially those experiencing injustice, as we bear their burdens and sorrows, as Christ bore ours. 

The tomb is empty, the victory won. Let’s live in this truth and embrace both the call and the comfort that comes with it.
