A Message of Thanks to Our Clients
As we approach the end of the year (and what a year it was!), we wanted to express our thanks for you. We’re grateful for the opportunity to be your partner, to both serve and learn from you. We count it an immense privilege to be a part of your mission and provide a strong operational foundation to help your ministry thrive.
And because it is a partnership, we continually invite your input and feedback.
If there are things you’ve learned or discovered that you believe would benefit other churches and organizations, please share those with us so that we can share with others.
If there is anything that would be a useful addition to our current suite of services, please let us know.
As always, we are looking for ways to improve. To that end we are exploring several improvements and additions for 2021. These include:
Improved Visual Reporting - Some of you have already received our upgraded reports with quick-view comparison graphs. These will be rolled out to all clients in 2021.
Client Dashboard - Building on the upgraded reports, we are exploring a one-stop site for clients to access key information on-demand from finance, donations and HR.
Improved Expense Management Tool - We are currently testing a new expense management option that is simpler, less expensive and more effective than the current tools you’re using.
We give thanks for each of you, for your communities of faith, for all that God has done in and through you and for the joy it has been to serve you. May God grant each of you peace in the longing of Advent and, in 2021, may He increase your assurance of things hoped for and conviction of things not seen.
